No. The Rewards Center is strictly for redemption of Reward Points.
Good news! Shipping and handling is already included in the number of Reward Points required for redemption - meaning you don't need to use any additional Rewards Points (or cash) to cover shipping and handling expenses.
NOTE: Reward Center merchandise requiring shipping can only be shipped within the United States and Canada.
Returns are only accepted for merchandise that is damaged, defective or mis-shipped. Returns will be honored for equal exchanges. No Reward Points credit will be issued. The manufacturers' warranty, if any, applies to all items offered.
Depending on what you ordered and who the supplier is, you should receive your item anywhere between 4-6 weeks after the order was placed. Obviously, items that do not require shipping will be available much sooner.
When redeeming points for a WhatIfSports game, a credit is added to your account for the appropriate amount. This credit is eligible for only that game, but never expires. It can be used during your next purchase for that game.
No. Points earned on your account can only be redeemed by you. We will not be able to combine accounts or transfer your points to other accounts.
Absolutely! We require a shipping name and address at the time of the order. You may enter someone else's name and address if you wish and the item will be shipped to them.
Yes. If you buy your SimLeague teams without a credit card, you will still earn Reward Points. Credit card information is not needed for the Rewards Center since cash is not used.
No. Your points will remain in your account for as long as your account is active and in good standing. If your account is in violation of our posted terms of use or fairplay guidelines, your Reward Points may be forfeited.

Third party gift certificates, such as those from Amazon.com, Buy.com, or Dick's Sports are subject to the policies of the vendors. At this time, only the NFL Shop, the NASCAR SuperStore, and the NHL Pro Shop will ship internationally. You can still use the other shops, however, if you are ordering them as gifts for people in the United States, or you intend to purchase products from these vendors that do not require shipment -- such as online music or software. Please check with the vendor to insure you are licensed to purchase online software in your country BEFORE redeeming a gift certificate.
