The rules are fairly easy: $130 mil cap, all seasons available. No AAA, WW, Clones, or Injuries. I envision DH being used every other season, starting with season 2, just to mix it up. Season 17 WILL NOT use a DH. Now for the blacklist...after each season, the following leaders will be blacklisted for future seasons: HR, RBI, BB, SB, and Batting Average. For Pitchers: Wins, Saves, OAVG, WHIP, ERA. If there is a tie, both are out. I will be reading the leader columns fr
