Forewords would have a max shooting% of 15, this way we'd get more of those great goal scorers that never hit 20%. There is 33 seasons of players shooting at a 50 goal pace but 15% shooting or less with at least 70% games played. No D rating restrictions on forewords but we could decide differently on that.

Defense would have a max D rating of 60. There are 61 seasons with defencemen at 60 or less D rating and 50 assists or better.

Goalies would have a max save% of 89%. not a lot of great seasons for goalies with that save% which would make for more goals. There is however a lot of seasons with goalies in that range that have played 80% games if that's a concern.

i think this would allow for some players we never otherwise see while still producing goals. It would be nice to see some Ovechkin usage considering what he just accomplished and the majority of his seasons would fit into these parameters. Some of the other forewords that show up are Esposito, Pasternak, Gretzky's 215 point season, both Hull's, Bure and a whole bunch of other great names. I really like some of the defensemen we could choose that we rarely otherwise see like Park, MacInnis, Hartsburg, Housley and Reinhart.

I like low shooting percentage forwards, but the leagues fill slowly, if at all.

I’d be in lucko. Why not create the league and put a league-wide ad in for it? See the response that way as I know many guys don’t scroll the classifieds.

I like getting these sub 15S% guys in a league and scoring. To that end maybe put the Dmen D rating max at 32D and salary cap at $88 million. Everything else looks good.
