Hey guys - newbie here.

How do I allocate attention points?

Can I do it during scouting or do I need to wait until recruiting begins?

Sunday 4/13 8:00 AM Recruiting period 1 starts
5:00 PM Recruiting period 1 Attention Points processing starts


you can check the world schedule and it highlights important dates so recruiting doesnt start until the 13th and you have from 8-5 (est) to apply attention points before the first time they are processed and then every 6 hours until it pauses and restarts in session 2
