A few more teams are needed to fill out the $60 million TOC so let's get it a little closer. For this league, we are doing a cap of $52 million plus 6 u-pick 'em below average AAA players (4 position players, 2 pitchers) to get us to $60 million. Each team must pick an exclusive player and park used during the time frame. Players must fall between 1920, the start of the non-dead ball era, and 1972, the last year pitchers in the AL had to hit (DH started in '73). No waiver wire, no trades, no clones, injuries on, transaction deadline as late as possible. There are a few low cap owners that I know will play but we could use some new interested owners too. Come give it a shot.

It'll be a while because we have exclusives in this league too. If I give the league number early and guys submit their teams, they might have to constantly pull out and reenter if they have rostered someone else's exclusive (like I was gonna roster Enos Slaughter). So, I'll wait a bit.
