We all know about "normalization" and how it works. This league will be an experiment of that concept.
Imperfect, sure, but aren't you curious to see how this experiment turns out?

Rules: There will be 16 teams (24 of there is demand).
4 divisions

NL will be made up of the 8 lowest park factor stadiums, randomly distributed when we are full.
Players in the NL only must have a team slugging % of at least .525%
They must have a team home run total of a minimum of 260.
Pitchers whip must be 1.25 and above. OAV of .250 and above

AL will have 8 of the highest rated park factor stadiums randomly distributed when we are full.
Players in the AL must have a team pitching staff totals at the following;
a maximum of 1.00 whip
a maximum OAV of .195
a maximum team home rum total of 50.
Batters max slugging % of .425
A team home run total of 80 HRS.

max salary is 100 million
no clones, WW, trades, no AAA,
yes DH in NL only

yes interleague play
