A $30 prize will be awarded to the owner of the team whose expected win pct is the highest above their actual winning pct. In case of a tie, the team that scored the most runs will be declared the winner.

Season 17 of this league is now open as the playoffs have begun for season 16.

90M league representatives from this league could have an advantage when placed in their TOC. Season 8 had our 2 World Series representatives finish in the money in their TOC. We have had teams win and place in the money from other seasons also. 5 teams have won their TOC in the first 15 seasons. (Season 16 is still in the league playoffs.)

Open Leagues have an extra 1.6M to use on waiver wire moves. If this results in the World Series teams being over 80M, they will be moved to a 90M TOC. Several Progressive Leagues also fall in this TOC salary cap. This league should also have an advantage over progressive leagues. That gives 90M leagues a potential TOC advantage over many leagues.
