We have rolled over in Cobbfather and are under new leadership after the previous Commissioner stepped down after 3 years. The World recently implemented a new MWR (had not had one previously), but owners are still able to build their teams however they'd like. Santa Fe (NL)

• The previous owner actually took over the team mid-way through FA last season for Pokey (if you know him, he was in a ton of leagues and even commish of a few)..The team has won the division the last 3 seasons, even won the DCS last year (this year they were knocked out). If the big budget team is your thing, definitely take a look here. Still a solid team to build around if you ask me. You would have a lot of wiggle room in case you wanted to go the prospect rebuild route as well. ?

Cincinnati (NL)

• This team went from the worst team in the league in S60 to the best team in the NL S61 and to the World Series; partially due to some promotions of top prospects - including one player who was on the ballot for both NL Rookie and NL MVP! But a lot to do with their free agent additions creative solution to their pitching holes. Lots to like about this team and its future. The prospects were position player focused and roster is set up nicely to jump straight in and perhaps win a title your first year in the league.
