Question about PH PA for Progressives Topic

Would someone be able to post how many pinch hitting PA's they had for a completed season in a progressive league without a DH in the 1980's or so?

I am suspecting the answer is about 175ish but my past teams expired and I can't check.

Through 56 games of a 1977 progressive, the league is averaging 71 PH AB per team. (AB, not PA - I don't know of any easy way to check PA). Assume 75-80 PA, that would equate to 215-230 PA over a full season. 175 may be a little low.

In progs I usually uncheck the PH box for most of my regulars, unless I have a strong/deep bench...don't want Sparky using PH appearances on anyone but pitchers, usually.
