Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed some subtle changes in recruiting results? Seems like the last cycle or so that it's been a lot more difficult to get some prospects to accept any recruiting efforts. Usually I've been able to break through with a HC Scout, but that's not even working on a few this time.

I have had a hard time this cycle as well. Not just getting them to accept a CV but knocking off sims. Now it's nail biter time.

It has been my perception over the past several seasons of recruiting that for some (not all) recruits it has become more difficult to knock off that final SimAI school and turn the recruit green.

I didn't encounter that situation in this current recruiting season in Leahy nor Stagg, but recently (last 6-12 months or so) I have had some recruits where it took noticeably more recruiting dollars to knock off the final SimAI school. Specifically, more than $30,000 at the D1 level and more than $20,000 at the D1AA level.

Yeah...something has definitely changed with the Sim battles. Gonna need to give us more recruiting money!

I prefer the HD recruiting model over GD, because it feels more realistic/authentic.

I had 2 recruits that were undecided that would not take anything from me as far as visits. One even flat out said he was not interested at all. He was in my vision at the DIII level but would not accept anything no matter what or how many.
