I know this used to be a loophole, but don't know if they closed this. Does a new coach get additional recruiting money for RS2 even if the prior coach spent it all? If so, how much - the full amount? Only based on current openings? thanks!

new coaches do get the full budget for the amount of openings both scouting and recruting and keep the scouted players from simmy/past coach

the pervious loophole was a coach could not renew his team and then apply for it and get a new scouting and recruiting budget as if they were a new coach which has been closed for awhile

Just to add. If a coach takes over, all spent HV/CV on still available recruits is refunded. So no more massive penalty on the HV/CV (but still, a massive hit on AP spent).
