The Hangover progressive league is currently in it's 60th season, and will be drafting for the 2006 season in late November. We are looking for two new owners for three AL franchises: Milwaukee, Toronto and Anaheim/Los Angeles/

The Hangover League is pretty standard progressive league, though it consists of 28 teams which means more obscure players get used that the standard 24 team league. Draft order determined with a weighted lottery of the bottom 12 teams to determine the first 5 spots of the draft, and then reverse order of previous season record after that. Must win 50 games to get your full slate of lottery balls, and you lose one ball for each win below 50. So for example, if you have the worst overall record and win only 45, you would have 7 lottery balls instead of 12. (You would have to win 39 games to get at least one lottery ball).
