I have been without Internet since the 9th and service was restored today! That means that it is time to begin the sign-up for the next tournament. We need a minimum of 16 teams and can have a max of 32.

I'm not sure exactly when the tournemant will get underway...let's say no later than Monday September 9th. You can either sitemail me or post your entry right here. After the US Labor Day holiday, I'll create the tournament thread.

In the meantime, I'll add the Cup XIV stats to the historical records.

VB Hibernian (World 74) and Fianna AFC (World 62) are both looking forward to participating in the tournament.

I'd like to give it another try with Stolpen Steamroller.

We are already up to 11 entries (assuming the crutchanators of soccer defend their title.)

I'll send out the mass invitation mailing later this week for those who don't read the forums very often.

I'll let everyone eligible in World 79 know
