Could someone help a brotha out with the Individual Improvement Plans? I swear im doing it wrong because all my guys lose ratings rather than improve...
If someone could explain the do's and donts . Feel free to explain as if I'm a simpleton lol
I'm technically a beginner. This is my second season so im playing with the new recruits for first time..
Thanks in advance !!
I go a little more extreme than most coaches. I immediately zero out all reds and yellows. If it’s a post player, I focus my minutes on improving Ath, Reb, Def, and Block first. If it’s a guard, I focus the minutes on Bh, Pass, speed, and def first. As an example, If I lose a couple rating points in bh/p for a post player while I can gain 5-10 for rebounding, etc… I’ll take it.
Also, keep in mind the amount of minutes you are practicing your O and D sets. A team with inferior IQ is at a major disadvantage. I recommend 25 minutes each for O and D. Even 26 or 27 if you’re trying to develop younger players’ IQs.
