The login system transition is (thankfully) complete. It wasn't something we wanted to do, but something we had to do in order to untether from SportsHub infrastructure. HUGE shoutout to Jordan J and Jordan H for all their hard work and patience handling hundreds of support tickets. It's never easy transitioning a login system that has been in place for tens of years. Thank you all for your patience during the process!

If you're still having issues with logging in, please send a ticket to support@whatifsports.com. The most common hiccup was users not having access to the email they created their account with. If that's still the case for you, send us a ticket with the current account email address, the email address you'd like to change it to, and your username. Any other info like your teams, worlds, etc. is also helpful.

Facebook login is currently unavailable due to an issue with Facebook's API. We are working with them to restore it as soon as possible. Please submit a ticket if you're having trouble logging in through Facebook and we can get you in manually.

• Mobile Logout Button Placement: We've adjusted the mobile logout button placement to avoid accidental clicks. This was based on feedback, and we made the change right away.
• Sitemail Icon: The sitemail icon is back! We’ve updated it so it only shows when you have unread messages. There was a query issue affecting some users, which has been fixed. The update will be deployed tomorrow.
• Backend Tool Fixes: We’ve made improvements to some backend tools to enhance functionality.
• Customer Feedback:
  • We've received a lot of great feedback on the new features and are continuing to work on updates based on your suggestions at feedback.whatifsports.com.
  • We've reached out to everyone interested in being part of a user feedback group and have a Discord server set up to directly interact with those users.
• Small Fixes:
  • HD pages weren't able to close the hamburger menu on mobile. That is now fixed.
  • SimLeague Hockey navigation on desktop was interfering with the new navigation bar. That is now fixed.
  • GD Mobile Navigation was showing up behind the GD Navigation bar. That is now fixed.
  • Jordan J is a man of the people and updated the PITT colors in HD.
