This is simple

Rules:
  • No Mario or Gretzky (Blacklist should be working)
  • No clones
More:
  1. G.T. Capped at 89.5% (over that is blacklisted)
  2. Part time skaters < 75% PGP are blacklisted
The rest:
  • WW on. (Do not take g.t. over 89.5% or 99, 66) pick a part time player if you so desire
  • No Trades
  • No susp or inj
  • No M/L (ever)
  • No shootout
So you can likely have 2 goalies for total 4.5m, or thereabouts. The objective here is to have more scoring, so 89.5% cap should help somewhat.

Go too low on the g.t. % and the inventory dries up

If the blacklist is working, you won't need to remember any of the rules. Just draft. Remember no clones
