No changes to the SIM engine in more than a decade. I doubt you’re seeing anything other than small sample sizes. I just finished an OL with 1984 Jack Clark and he absolutely raked.
I'll keep using them for now but I seem to be the only one who thinks they look like bargains.

Most of my teams I use 2-4 guys with part-time PAs; I'm not seeing any problem.
