You are somewhat right coach...Wilt is not "banned", but the overall rule of the DDL limits ANY salary to $11 million, so whoever drafts Wilt has to use a year of less than $11 mill

Yes it was quite a shock! He passed in the middie of the last midge52 draft. He made his first two picks, then missed his third round pick. The draft stopped for almost a day, midge picked for him and the draft continued. Three days later midge located Ron's obituary online by googling his name. Very surprising and sad.

Not that it's all that important, but I wonder what he died from? I know he had scaled back on some of his teams recently. Maybe he was sick? Who knows. Ron was only a few years older than I am, so I'm always curious when people pass suddenly.

I would like to join this league please. I remember most of the 60s and 70s players from when I was young.

Welcome aboard Rebel! Welcome to the WIS site to both TheRebel and KinoAvalon.

Usually we restrict new owners from being in this draft league until they have played in at least ten open leagues or five other draft leagues before they can join this one, since we have had issues with banned owners. I am going to waive that this time because this decade is the toughest to fill. I feel pretty confident that if either Kino or Rebel turn out to be savoybg, we will all be able to spot it fairly quickly and they will be banned again. If neither is savoybg, then we will have no problems.
