Considering the terrible start I got off to in almost every league and an albatross of a 160M roster I clearly misjudged, I'm quite happy to have finally hit .500 overall.

Ten straight sessions of 3-3 or worse. Went from a high-water mark of tied for 5th to 11th.. 22-26 since the second 162-game period started. Blah.

It’s so frustrating, my Box theme is absolutely crushing it, and it confirms what I already know about this site, yet I still cannot figure out why I didn’t apply that to my other teams.

My 160M team is in big trouble. It's bad enough I didn't draft enough innings and didn't manage my pitchers properly. I did not foresee my NP/G being 12.9 above the league average. The next 40 days will be stormy. Quite appropriate for the Noah's Ark theme.

Just a brutal, brutal stretch including a Mauch to kick things off after the All Star break. My strong start through the first 54 games is looking more and more like an illusion

Got a Mauch in the pm cycle today. I already have tempered my goal now just to finish .500, which looks like a real stretch even. Throw out my 160m team and I’d be there though. Can we drop our worst team from the scoring?

Nothing like a 1-5 followed by a 2-4, right after a 6-0 to humble me. I think I prefer three straight 3-3 sessions.

I typically crush "box" leagues and "draft leagues. In round 2, those are my two worst teams.
