Well, this guy is currently ranked 1st in Cy Young on my top Savage team (15-3, 3.79) with the fifth best ERA in the league, while pitching his home games in Yankee Stadium III. He seems to be the best option here. (The other guy I was considering gave up 8 runs (all with 2 outs) in the first inning in his first start in a different league.)
