because they all had earlier picks in the first round?....I think that perhaps in the future this type of draft should be randomized but please take that as constructive criticism - I know how hard it is to run this and you all do a great job.

It was actually by design. In past round 2's, we've had leagues where the top 4 round 1 players were designated to be in the same division.

Because of the perceived advantage early picks have in this type of draft, the counter to that is that those teams have to battle each other in the same division.

I realized at the last second I could roster more innings by taking a different version of my mopup, 1971 Bob Miller. This probably pointless change does impact my team salary, but not enough to move me into another division.

As long as it doesn't change the divisions, that should be fine. It wouldn't be appropriate to see the posted salaries and divisions, then make a change to move divisions.

Great thanks. Agreed that if it switched my division it would have been unfair

You know…come to think of it, choosing the lower inning version was something I did when the divisions were unknown. I hadn’t thought through the idea that making the change now might be manipulative.

I don’t feel good about making the change given the theme. I’ll change back to the original Miller tomorrow

I would say that's your call. No issue on my end to keep it as is.

Well, as long as nobody thinks I’m gaming the system I’ll leave it alone then. I doubt my number of mopup innings will drastically change my team’s results in either direction

I'm fine with the change since it doesn't change your division. I doubt adding a few additional innings of a *mopup* guy is going to make any difference.
