To continue my ambiguous roster build, let's pick a guy who has multiple usable seasons, at multiple usable positions, playing for multiple different franchises.

Bobby Bonilla
I almost went for him a while ago but he came off the board for me when I took Parker.

I still am unsure which Chipper Jones season I am using. But if I use his 1999 or 2001 season at DH, Bonilla is a nice 3B option with his A+ range. Then again, maybe I simply use '95 Bonilla at DH, keeping my years range still flexible.

I was looking at his 88-90 seasons but those are some nice options you have.

It's an interesting choice. Ignoring the ramifications of the different seasons for now, which is the better option?

'98 Chipper at 3B (A/C, .961 ops)) and '95 Bonilla at DH (.964 ops)
or
99 Chipper at DH (1.074 ops) and 89 Bonilla at 3B (D+/A+, .848 ops)

Also, one step further...

08 Chipper at 3B (B/B-, 1.044 ops) but short PA and 05 Teixeira at 1B (A/C+, .954 ops)
or
98 Chipper at 3B (A/C, .961 ops) and 08 Teixeira at 1B (A/A, .962 ops)

So many options.

I had you w/ '88 Bonilla actually. But if we're voting I'm in on '98 BB w/ '09 Chipper

LOL.

The good new is that I do not have to decide yet.

OK - I've had this guy in my team center for the past 5 rounds. I think it's about time to take him. Only one other person can reasonably select this player, and of course, it's barracuda3, so not going to risk it. Need a long reliever / spot starter.
