The one playoff team that lost in the division round and didn't make it to the WS? You guessed it... the 102 win team. WIS is always so predictable.

On a serious note, I think this is my best playoff performance ever in the WISC. I'm still ****** that I could have had 6 teams in if the other team hadn't blown it with a late 8 game losing streak and then a fail on the last game of the season to miss out with 92 wins.

You might very well beat me in the $110M for the WS though - team is down 0-2 and there's not much I can do other than throw Milacki for a game.

I got a combined 6 wins from 4 teams, and 4 of those came from one that just lost four straight to close out the LCS. So all those wins in the 6th 162 were awfully necessary.

Just realized that winning those 2 other LCS series means I clinched 1st place going into round 2. I should have 620 points now, and I think the maximum possible number of points for anyone else is 616.

Well, after a few key eliminations, the maximum cut line is now 541 points. There are only 24 owners who can reach a maximum of 541.

The top 20 owners currently have at least 541 points. Those 20 have qualified for round 2. 24th place currently has 533 points.

Of those outside the current top 24, the only people that have a chance to qualify for round 2 are:
doctorcc (current 527, max 539) - 1 team alive
RebJebb (current 526, max 535) - 1 team alive
jetscanes (current 520, max 547) - 2 teams alive
Taxman2008 (current 520, max 535) - 1 team alive
firesalt (current 515, max 537) - 2 teams alive

537 points is now the maximum cut line. The top 22 are currently in. Remember that the first tie-breaker is regular season wins.

23rd: beauchamp (535 current, 547 max) - has one team left, tied 3-3 in the LCS (League 3B)
24th: dvorr80 (533 points) - no teams left

26th: doctorcc (530 current, 539 max) - has one team left in the World Series (League 3C)

beauchamp won his LCS series and has clinched a round 2 bid.

Taxman2008 lost game 7 of the LCS.

It all comes down to what doctorcc and RebJebb do in their respective World Series. doctorcc controls his own destiny. If he doesn't win the WS, then RebJebb would advance with a WS win. dvorr80 has to wait it out.

Not doing round 2.

Just updated the standings. RebJebb lost his World Series bid. doctorcc is up 1-0 in his World Series.

Since joerat1 is opting out of round 2, this means that dvorr80 is now in. Currently, buddhagamer and doctorcc are tied with 531 points. doctorcc is up 1-0 in his World Series. If he wins one more game, he gets the last spot.
