First and foremost, this is just me venting while asking at the same time. This game and its engine must revolve around "Talent" and not game planning or playbooks. I totally understand talent wins games and even in real life, but what about strategy? (rhetorical maybe)
IMO the QB is the most important piece to the puzzle, followed by solid big girls in the trenches. I guess why, WHYYYYY do I always recruit the QB that likes to always, and just once or twice give the rock away no matter how much I adjust the playbook to his strengths. Even is the offense is dumbed down to basic running with a little pass and catch here and there. IDK just venting on the litter web...LOL please forgive me fellow coaches.
