Biden policies prevented upsurge.
It is too expensive to live in California and people on the edge become homeless.
People in most states that are homeless are in shelters.
California has failed to shelter most of its homeless.
That is a valid criticism of California.

Trump family doesn't need the money. There is irrefutable evidence for you! What about the billions Kushner got from the Saudis?? If the Bidens (and that is a big if, since I haven't seen any evidence yet) got illegal money they should face the consequences. Anyone who does anything illegal should face the consequences, no matter who they are.
