Search function doesn't go back that far. The last thread I started here would have been May 2020. I didn't realize it had been three years.

Are some of the old regulars still around like cccp, tang, all3, rsp, strikeout and the like?

I just thought of something. You and Wylie and Lenny. You guys ought to get together and post at the same time. These things have a time post. I could type up a short little something in 5 seconds. I could easy make 10 posts in a minute. You guys could make 30 posts in a minute.

We oughta try it. It would be fun!

eh, wasn't trying to slam him. Some folks act like there is only one Bible. I personally own and use The King James Version but I'd guess most evangelicals use something else.

So, I'm always curious as to which Bible is being referred to when scripture is mentioned...

Actually it's just the opposite. Most evangelicals use the KJV. There's no real difference between a KJV or NIV or ESV or several other versions which have come out in the last 100 years.

Still......I wonder what possessed you to show up now...here...this time of night....right after DINO/LENNY posted and of course Wylie. It reminds me of the post you made a few months back under similar circumstances.

Anyways....Thanks for being a good Joe. I'll get with Wylie and Lenny, who just disappeared for no apparent reason, and set up a time for the three of you.

Here in the Midwest, most evangelicals use NIV whereas King James is largely Baptist and Presbyterian.

Never liked the NIV. Some say their study bible is good. . ESV, NLT, KJV, ELT.. study any one.. I don't think you will go wrong.
