Man, my team is just determined to stay at .500. I don't think I've had a session better than 4-2 or worse than 2-4

I've got this kind of thing to work in the past with '87 Kelly shifting to C late in the game and someone else coming in at 2nd.

Try unchecking the box in advanced settings for Def Rep for players not actually coming out of the game. If that doesn't work try the same idea but using the player rest settings and unchecking the allow rest box in advanced settings.

Tried this and it moved my 2B to RF instead of him to CF and shifting my CF to RF.

Its preferred to the what the SIM was doing before, taking my B/B+ guy out and keeping my C/C- guy in, but still not what I want.

It's been fun seeing my name at the top, but I think that's coming to an end. After starting with 16 cycles of 3-3 or better, we had a couple 2-4 cycles and then in the pm2 today a 1-5 (thanks to three 2-1 losses). Overall I'm 12-22 in one-run games, so at least that's reason to hope some of it's just bad luck.

I would add 1-run game records to the standings, but I don't have access to those pages for the leagues I am not in.

There is no link that produces the advanced standings for leagues you are not in.

That doesn't seem like something it would be difficult to get from Admin, though.

i can easily update my 1 run and extra inning record in this thing every year. 1 run record 2-89, extra inning record 0-47. (rough estimation)

I would like to submit my 120M team to the WISC Hall of Shame. After over 51,000 WIS games played in WIS, this was apparently the best I could come up with based on the parameters. I present to you, The Seat Fillers:

The sim just screwed one of my teams permanently. Already thin on IP and PA, my mop-up comes in with a 4-run lead instead of the ace reliever; two batters later it’s 9-9. 14 innings later, after burning all 3 of my starters that were already on ‘Rest,’ i win 11-9 in 23 innings.

Stupidest result i’ve ever seen. My opponent rarely got a baserunner against pitchers in the 50s-70s stamina and the top of my order went 0-for-15 against his in the same shape. This after a 9-9 game in regulation. Ridiculous! Now we’re both dead meat.

I know he’s busy, but just4me is the king of getting out of horrible fatigue spots. Shoot him a sitemail if you need pointers. Usually requires absolutely destroying 2 guys for the year, but can result in getting the rest of the staff back to green.

You betcha! I'm 17-26 in 1-run games. Only one of my teams is .500, and all the rest are below.

Only one of my teams is playing above EXP%, though two others are really close to right on. Three are significantly below it (.741 vs. .680, .610 vs. .520, .714 vs. .680).

In however many years I've participated in the WISC, I just experienced my first SCHWARZE!

I need to control my excitement though as I know that I'll see multiple MAUCH's before I ever see another undefeated round....

I’m just extremely baffled at this point. Now only the SS got replaced. All I want is 1 of my 2 2B options to come in for 84 Raines, 84 Raines to shift to CF, and 87 Raines to shift to RF. I don’t want 86 Raines in the game, yet it’ll either take out 84 Raines, or shift 84 Raines to CF and take out 87 Raines. Support doesn’t seem to know what to do either as they changed the settings and it still didn’t go the way I wanted. There was one game after boogerlips gave me advice where 86 Raines was finally removed, but it moved 84 Raines to RF, instead of CF, and I forgot how to get back to that because I’d much prefer that than the other decisions the engine is making.
