I think my methods are slightly different than some of you. While I do track weighted efg, rebounding, and assist percentages. for other stats like steals, blocks, and turnovers, I end up using rates weighted for minutes (and usage where applicable) and a slight league adjustment, to produce projected individual and team totals which are my primary reference points. The outcome isn't especially different but I like having more "real" numbers, and being able to look into where and why there are gaps between expected and reality. The column headers show which are percentages and which aren't.

Shooting is OK, passing is pretty low and rebounding is a bit below average but I've worked in those waters before in Savage. But blocks, turnovers, and fouls in particular should be real strengths, and I went through a ton of builds compared to previous seasons but I think the defense came out really nicely, and usage worked out too. Not Midge-level defense, but we can't all aim that high.
I don't think I fully appreciated during the draft how Kyrie only really has three seasons which are plus plus, or how AD falls off fairly noticeably as well but with a higher floor.. And Danny Green really, really doesn't want to guard PGs which is an annoyance but I've worked around it.
I go with "fantasy fantasy basketball" too. My workbooks are pretty heavily color coded so it's very easy to tell when I'm not doing real work. As long as I don't fall behind on wedding planning duties, there aren't any problems.
