Another season comes to an end, we went 11-5, finished #19, losing the CC, losing in the second round of the playoffs.

@holdaway Thanks for the hint on harriswb's experiment! Does anyone know how he's doing right now? I really will try to stay with running on every play and doing it without a QB and - soon - without WRs and TEs.

I've been away for about 4 years or so.....I'll be playing at D2 Heisman for the upcoming season. I'll be bringing the WB to that team and (assuming I stay for a while) transitioning to only RB/OL on offense.

There is nothing sweeter than your opponent KNOWING you are gonna run it right down his throat....and he can't stop it.

I ran the bone with great success some time ago but not at all using harris' method...

Harris is committed. Completely. Or maybe he should be….either way, totally committed…lol

Recruiting class (7 freshmen) was ranked #39 by GUESS, full roster was ranked #14 (up from #21). Roster now has 13 RB (2 RS), 11 OL (RS), 6 DL, 8 LB , 10 DB, P, K. Actually was hoping to strengthen my D, but could not find any adequate recruits with H or VH potential. So I took two RBs with H potential who fall into my lap easily. Also my RB corps is now more 'diverse' because now there are real FBs, speed backs, possession guys etc. on my roster.

We went 15-2, finished #9, losing in the quarterfinals of the playoffs.

I'm entering season 3 of the rebuild. My first recruiting class had 25 recruits....so it's been a struggle with these youngsters. I have high hopes for this season. RB/OL only on offense.

Made a bad mistake: Took a WR and TE and wanted to convert them to RB and OL, but since there are no other WR and TE on the roster, I was not allowed to do it.

You have found a significant issue with this approach. If you don't fill your class, or do something like you did...it really screws it up.
