Designated Scrubs: Each season, if anyone has enough minutes from their previous eight picks that they feel they don't NEED their remaining four picks, they can inform everyone with a post on the thread at any time that they are using DESIGNATED SCRUBS. These four "scrubs" can play minutes if needed, but in most cases, they will suck so badly, that you won't WANT to play them at all. If an owner is using scrubs, they can use none, 1, 2, 3 or all 4. Just notate that you are done picking and you want to use scrubs the rest of the draft. Now here are this seasons "Designated Scrubs":
