Yes, yes, yes. skipping is allowed and starting rounds early is allowed. The bullet points in the page 1 rules explains it and I’ve seen it done many times first hand in DDL 29, 30, and 32.

Yes, cmac is up and I SM'd him to let him know that. cem CAN be skipped in this instance and the draft happily moves forward into the 3rd round. We are all waiting for smcafeeky to get us moving again, but I'm guessing that since the hiccup of the draft is ABB for the first three rounds, he doesn't realize he is up and hasn't checked his SM's. We are probably stuck here til morning. I( have proxied my pick for round 3.

By the way, this is where things get rough for me. I am scheduled to work Sunday, Monday and probably Tuesday & Wednesday. I will try to hurry home and update Page One, but if htere is a day I don't, please don't panic. I will catch up.
