I do not wish Ill health on him but for even him you have to wonder how all the legal issues and potential prison for himself and members of his family and impeachment will not take a toll on a soon to be 75 year old man. He does have a strong “constitution” but he has times ahead that could easily wear down almost anyone.

It's a little to late to impeach TRUMP now. If you wanted him gone...here's what you should have done.

You should have come up with a plan to attack him relentlessly from the moment he was nominated up to the inauguration. You should have planned demonstrations and riots across the country on inauguration day using money from the DNC and any outside source willing, including foreign governments. You should have continued planned demonstrations for his first 100 days while you ramped up charges of impeachment. You should have used imbedded assents within the government to conduct daily leaks to undermine Trump before he could conduct his transition. You should have used the FBI and CIA and STATE and other assets in and out of government to set him up for impeachment proceedings. You should have used your ties with the leftist media to bury any positive stories about and promote anything that might damage him and remove him from office. You should have used impeachment hearing and have them televised daly in order to suppress the mid-term votes and maintain control of the House. You should have attacked his Judicial nominations and accused them of bigotry and rape. You should have used any national tragedy and every bit of legislation or lack of as a weapon to beat him with daily, regardless of the harm it may have inflicted upon the nation. As soon as one attack ended you should have started another one even if it meant multiple impeachments. Your task should have been to do anything to win the 2020 election up to and including stealing it. You should have....OH WAIT!

No one talking about election fraud should be paid any attention until they go to court and win. Until then, these people need to be treated with derision, ridicule, and disdain. Or patted on the head like an insolent school child misbehaving in kindergarten and told to go sit in the corner.

One of the big challenges for Biden is dealing with China and environment,
trade deficit is simply not an existential issue like the global warming matter.
biden will have to do an alliance coalition like a big boy president on trade while securing a separate track on global warming which is far more important.

this will be high stakes stuff.

Oh for sure. Global warming needs to be dealt with as a top 5 national security threat, along with:
pandemics
cyberterrorism
gun violence
the radical right (as they proved this week, they are the #1 threat to the security of this nation, and should be dealt with accordingly)

Here's hoping the Biden-Harris admin makes real progress dealing with all of the above.

my step son has been brought up for national guard in dc and has been there since the attack doing his patriotic duty.
I am still concerned about the inauguration.

It is reported that trump and pence have not spoken since Wednesday and Trump never checked to see if he was ok after trumpers with nooses we’re head hunting for pence and were going to kill him if they found him.
pence is running the cabinet on his own.

for practical purposes pence is now the president of the United States. Trump has abandoned authority and has ignominiously slunk away like a wounded animal to a cave somewhere in the woods.
