This attitude is a huge part of the reason why middle America will continue voting Republican for the foreseeable future.

Well I'd argue the deplorable comment was prescient and not as big a factor as the 25 year hit job on her by conservative media, and even that wasn't as big a factor as Comey doing what he did a week before the election.

Either way, agreed rsp goes too far sometimes.

But I'm also not exactly sure what constitutes middle America, is it Minnesota where Biden is up 9? Wisconsin, Michigan where Biden is up 7? Middle America is too nebulous a term to apply such strict "will vote Republican for foreseeable future" terms.

So, I see dah's point, of course. Most do. But, the cold truth as I see it is, that HRC, (though daft for saying it aloud) spoke candidly for one of the FEW times in her life. She spoke the truth as she saw it. I think She's right. WE, in our Country, DO have many deplorables. Lazy, irresponsible uneducated big mouth morons. They're all over the internets! Hell, I might be one! YOU don't really know.
