It also excluded any new money for cities and states, a top Democratic priority as municipal governments face the prospect of mass layoffs because of plunging tax revenue.
This is the most batshit exchange I've ever had with all3. He's posting things that directly contradict his point, and make my point, while ignoring my overall point, while saying it all proves me wrong and him right. And that I'm changing my tune? What?
This is bonkers even by his low, low standards.
Again, twisting words to make them say what you want doesn't make them true. It says Municipal Governments face layoffs, but where does it say that's what they'll use the money for. Please show me. IT DOESN'T!! You're talking out your azz again. As someone who worked for a State Government for over 25 years, most of them in the Budget Office, I can guarantee you that what States should spend money on and what they do spend money on, are often not the same thing. If you're going to simply keep twisting and twisting and twisting to try to make your point, why don't you just STFU, since it means nothing. Man I hope Guitarguy is right and you'll be out of here. You're to the point where you may have taken the twisting crown from tang.
