At this point, all I can do is recommend that "google" thing I have recommended to you before, because once again you are talking out your azz (or are really, really, really bad at reading comprehension).
As for that tweet being the source, it's no wonder I didn't recognize it, since you twisted it so bad. Typical for you, but don't expect people to follow along when you're doing it.
What are you talking about???? Dude
-The house passed a bill in May that the Senate never got to while letting the unemployment benefits expire at the end of July
-The bill the Senate introduced is more than 3x less than what the house passed
-The Senate bill does not include direct payments, which makes Trump's tweet even more bs
what exactly do I need to Google here?
Every article I can find on the subject says something similar to this:
The failed GOP bill would have authorized new money for small businesses, coronavirus testing and schools, and $300 in enhanced weekly enhanced unemployment benefits. The measure included roughly $650 billion in total spending, but it would repurpose roughly $350 billion in previously approved spending, bringing the tally of new funding to around $300 billion.
The measure did not include a second round of $1,200 stimulus checks for individual Americans, even though that’s something the White House supports. It also excluded any new money for cities and states, a top Democratic priority as municipal governments face the prospect of mass layoffs because of plunging tax revenue.
Repubs want money for things that benefit people and small businesses, while the Dems want money to go to smaller Governments. Exactly what I said before, and totally different than you are trying to represent. Either look it up, or learn how to read.
