Dr. (almost a pun) Bright's testimony made me laugh several times. His "darkest winter in modern history" bit came right out of the playbook of climate change stating "the hottest day in the history of France" last summer. France has been around a bit longer than the thermometer.

Both are meaningless emotional statements...made by scientists who are supposedly trained to keep emotion out of the equation. Too funny.
