It's probably been about 4 years since I've done one of these (as you can tell by my picks). If someone gets skipped can everyone keep picking immediately, or do they all have to wait until their slotted time?

If someone is skipped you have to wait until your allotted time slot to pick.

Can ed confirm, because this would be atypical of most draft leagues. Generally, once a person is skipped the other people can proceed once the next person has drafted.

I feel the opposite. Usually people have to wait their time slot if someone is skipped. Otherwise people could snowball like 5 picks before the skipped person picks.

I wasn’t making an ethical statement, just commenting on the most common implementation. I tend to gravitate towards consistency between leagues as the standard because it creates less confusion. But I’m also fine either way.
