Assuming a democrat wins in 2020, I'm not sure that would be a smart play politically. But what McConnell did was wrong. What republicans don't understand when they pull these stunts is that they are setting a precedent. They do these things and then whine when the democrats turn around and do the same thing back to them.
Seriously? Are you that delusional, or just that blind? Democrats do the EXACT same sheit that Republicans do and vice-versa. BOTH Parties are filled with tons of hypocrites. We'd all be better off if EVERYONE stopped trying to pretend one Party behaves better than the other.
What Democrat has ever made sure there were no proceedings around the nomination of a Supreme Court Justice?

What Democrat has ever issued an EO that goes around Congress after they already said no on financial matters?

I'll be waiting.
What Republican ever sold their soul (and God knows what favors) to pass MANDATORY National Health Care in the middle of the night?
What Republicans ever accused a SC nominee of a heinous 30 year old crime with nothing but one person's hearsay?

There may still be a few "good" politicians out there, but there is no good, or even better Party!

Topic of the day: Direction of parties. I will let Tang clarify what specifically he wants from this topic.
It truly seems as though both Parties seem directionless and need to split in half.
That might be a very good thing for the American people too.

no more open borders

We never had open borders.

trans is a disease

I think that's just Ben Shapiro who thinks that.

free speech

Both parties believe this.

I would replace Trey Gowdy with Mitch McConnell on the leaders list.

Open borders

lol, no.

eliminating the 2nd amendment,

Maybe gun control as a whole.... But this is a small percentage.

vilifying Israel

Again, nope. 75% of Jews vote blue.

trans rights eclipse those of non trans

No one has ever said that.

Your voices of the party are all wrong. Where's Pelosi? Where's Biden/Obama? Where's Kamala Harris? Where's Klobuchar? Where's Chuck Schumer or Feinstein? Take Tlaib and Omar out, as well as Maxine, Maher, Colbert, and Lemon,

Tang, you are trying to be rational with one who does not know the meaning of the word. You know he will call you stupid or just block you out

LOL....middle of the night? Son, you are sadly mistaken.

In June and July 2009, with Democrats in charge, the Senate health committee spent nearly 60 hours over 13 days marking up the bill that became the Affordable Care Act. That September and October, the Senate Finance Committee worked on the legislation for eight days — its longest markup in two decades. It considered more than 130 amendments and held 79 roll-call votes. The full Senate debated the health care bill for 25 straight days before passing it on Dec. 24, 2009.

TY Taint!

Unfortunately the poster of this partisan nonsense doesn't place much value on facts.
And has even less sense as HE thinks we're all just picking on The Donald.
Our POTUS is clearly clean and above reproach. His stripper/model wife, too!

God help you if Trump and Hannity are the main "voices of the party."

Also, the rest of your post is dumb. I think you're just trolling. No one is dumb enough to actually believe any of that.

Also, the GOP basically wrote the ACA in 1994. The entire bill was a compromise.

An opinion cannot be wrong. I stand by on what I wrote. BTW I am pro choice, I do think we need to amend the 2nd amendment, I do think we need to push to be more green. Trans is not Ben, until five minutes ago it was identified as a disease by medical experts and if non trans rights are not inferior to trans rights explain what happened to the track athletes in CT? In terms of people. I forgot Harris for he Dems. And you're delusional if you don't think AOC, Tlaib and Omar are the voices of the party now. Maybe Beto can eclipse them. We'll see. I would wager that 10% of millenials know who Klobuchar is or what state she is from. Same for Feinstein and Schumer. Not Leftist enough.
