Real question is would someone like me and someone like bl, Taint or tang ever get along and solve a problem or are our views too disparate? I am genuinely curious what people think about that.

This is a game. This isn’t real life. Some of my best friends are conservative. My dad is conservative (but hates trump). My brother is a magatard. I’m sure you and I would be fine in a work situation, for example.

Work yes but if someone said...here is a project...try and solve inequities in healthcare. Would we ever be able to come up with a tangible solution?

Probably not but that has to do with the fact that asking anyone here to solve the US healthcare system would be dumb since we aren't healthcare experts.

Neither are most of our representatives, but they carry that burden. They do have experts in which they consult, but at the end of the day they have to figure it out.
