Not that it's ever been "proper" to say things like that, but I'm not sure what locker rooms you've been in, because comments like that were everywhere everyday in my teens and twenties, and were not uncommon when coaching in my 30s and 40s. Maybe it's become taboo the last decade or so, but I doubt it, since locker room talk really hadn't seemed to change in the almost 40 years before that.
Locker rooms weren't even the worst place for such talk. Get a few drinks in guys and many of their comments are even worse.
Heck, listen to some of today's rap music and you'll hear worse.
Not trying to justify it or make it ok, but quit trying to make a huge deal of something so relatively small.
OK? It's still wrong. Wouldn't having a President who says that that kind of language is OK SPREAD that kind of language?

I know Trump explained his making the comment while he was a Candidate, but IF you can show a comment he's made defending it since he's been POTUS, then I will certainly say he was wrong to do so. The POTUS should set a better example (as should we all).
11/8/2018 12:36 PM
Why does it matter? He hasn't had to, because the media dropped it. I agree with you. Saying that and NOT issuing a direct apology should disqualify anyone from the presidency.

Yup, any person who has ever made a derogatory, sexist, racist, or otherwise offensive comment about anyone else without apologizing should NOT be eligible to be POTUS. Sure hope you're lowing the allowable age for POTUS from 35 years to about 20 months.

Shouldn't we set high standards? Apologizing isn't that hard.

When are the Dems apologizing for the Palestinian Flag at the DNC?

you don't have a ***** to be grabbed. Ask some women if they think it is "so relatively small". I think your attitude is a part of why we have such problems with sexual abuse in this country. I guess we just hang out in different kinds of locker rooms. I heard guys say things like a woman has nice ****, or a nice ***. While those kind of comments are not really proper, they are not as bad as saying grab her by the ***** in my view. Admiring a part of her anatomy is not the same as grabbing a part of her anatomy. As far as rap music, I do not listen to it for exactly that reason.

the problem is he continues to make such comments. if he stopped once he was POTUS that would be one thing, but he hasn't stopped.

if the leaders of the democratic party had been flying the Palestinian flag at the DNC, they should have to apologize for it. They weren't.

He said because he is famous the women liked it. He didn't force himself onto them.

how the hell do you know? were you there? He might not have "forced himself" on them, but since he is and was ina position of power, they may have felt they had no choice but to go along. That is sexual abuse.

From the tone of the conversation he stated because he is famous women come on to him and let him do what he said they let him do. Even Stormy stated their encounter was 100% consensual. If I am wrong shame on me but that is how I interpret this.

It was Republicans? LOL

If someone falls and hurts themselves at your house because there was water on the floor that someone else spilled you would not apologize?
