So, that's all you have on her? She's a conservative? I see how you decide who to vote for. You look at the letter next to the name and go with the D.
Honestly it's the PIECE OF **** part I'm worried about. We all know her politics and what she represents. And don't tell me because she was in the military that she's somehow more qualified. She's NOT.
She served in the war as fighter pilot. I would never disparage a war veteran by calling them a POS.

being a veteran does not make her a wonderful human being. I know nothing about her, so I'm not saying she is a great candidate or not, just that being a veteran does not make her a wonderful human being.

That’s basically your argument against Abrams in reverse.
I guess. Her political views differ from. Seems like a pretty good reason not to vote for a politician. The difference is I don't go around assuming people are pieces of **** because we disagree. That is a very bigoted mindset.
Isn’t it fair for a liberal to rule out a conservative on the same basis?

I agree. I do think serving our country earns you some automatic respect points, but there are plenty of pieces of crap serving in our military.

Of course, but it's not fair to attack someone's character on that basis.

I’m really just referring to the idea that voting for someone because they have a D next to their name is an issue.

She does trumpet that at every opportunity as if it's proof of her cajones.............
To those AZ voters paying attention to her votes of so-called "representation" on their behalf she's proven herself to have none at all.

As a candidate for the Senate She has earned (well earned!) the designation of Martha McNasty for the negative tone of her campaign wherein she talks non stop about what an unfit American her opponent is.......... it's been rather pathetic out here these days.......... time to head for the hills and let the brain clear.

But, bottom line is she's untrustworthy. Says whatever she needs to fit the moment. One second she's a "moderate" the next she's a female Trump clone.
Plus, she's ugly as sin.

Synema you could imagine in a porn movie.......... McNasty would make you vomit.
Thank You laramiebob. I just saved some time by saying she was a piece of ****. It has absolutely ZERO to do with her service and all to do with her record.

I love how you think it's cool to call me a "bigot" because I think she's trash. I'm not intolerant of her opinions. I'm intolerant of HER because of her easily researchable bottom-of-the-barrel politics and the fact that I think her opinions are DANGEROUS. I call her a POS because it is what she has shown herself to be. Namely the WORST kind of politician. I may be an Arizona resident soon so I am VERY informed on exactly who she is and what she represents.

Side note: 538 has Kansas' Governors race at a 50/50 toss up. Only toss up projected. Kelly SLIGHT favorite. ****, now it's giving me hope.

She plays no role in me calling you a bigot. If you've forgotten why you're a bigot, you can go find our original discussion on it. I simply said that the opinion of a bigot is irrelevant to me. I have no tolerance for bigotry. I guess that makes me a bigot towards bigots.

I'm not sure I would trust Nate Silver's predictions. He had one good year where he got everything right, but has been wrong quite a bit sense.

If by chance you haven't voted yet today, and you're still undecided on who to vote for, consider this:

If you vote for an incumbent, then you're essentially voting for the status quo. And today's status quo is a hot, steaming mess of dysfunctionality.

If you have an independent on your ballot that doesn't seem like a complete nut job (sadly, that's what most of mine look like), take a chance on him or her. It's time to start voting for people and not parties.
