Possible, not probable. Fine, we can use that for the sake of argument.

If you eliminate due process, what happens to the people who fall into that range? How many "not guilty" people are executed by the cop in the street after the shooting?
Are you equating murder to asking people to go back to their country? Really?

Come on man.

I have already stated if you want due process then allow for arrests and separation of kids from parents. You screamed bloody murder. I said fine, send them back as a family. You screamed bloody murder.

How about anyone who crosses gets an automatic green card? Would that make you happy?
You already equated that BTW with your argument about police shootings.

Of course but they did not foresee the political climate. Heck we didn't even own Texas and Cali then. Stop it.

The political climate of the 1700's was brutal. They included due process for a reason.
Again. Were you there? No. So stick to the topic. I understand the slippery slope argument. I do get where you are coming from. I am calling for a radical response to a dangerous issue at the border.
You know, they have these things called books. And in some of them, people who were there wrote down stuff about what was going on.

What is dangerous about the border issue?
You never answered this.
What do you think is dangerous? Drugs, undocumented people coming into the US. We have to spend $$ on their schooling, medical, etc.

I find that dangerous. You said border security is important. Do you disagree?

BTW, the 'defending from someone potentially shooting you' isn't an argument against illegal immigration, it's an argument against everyone. Maybe we should deport Bracco, he could potentially shoot you, CCCP! Maybe we should deport all3! He could potentially cause danger to some of us!
They are citizens and have citizens rights. People who come here illegally do not. Stepping foot on our soil illegally should not give them equal rights to people who are here legally. In my opinion.
The constitution disagrees. Sorry.
Says the guy who marched against the 2nd amendment.
When did I ever march against the 2nd amendment? I don't think the 2nd amendment should be changed. I think gun control is possible without violating the 2nd Amendment.
How?

What does any of that have to do with due process?

how about all immigrants or anyone descended form an immigrant go back where they came from? I''m sure native Americans would like that.
Native Americans are nothing more than transplanted Siberians from the last ice age. Do they get kicked back as well?

You keep forgetting b_l is going to pay for all this with his 99% tax bracket, plus he's going to save tons on Judges, juries and prisons by only incarcerating those who voluntarily walk in, since he says pursuing and arresting is not part of the process. Who cares if the population of this Country doubles if we just leave the borders unmonitored? Why would that possibly be a problem? No idea why you continue to frustrate yourself by arguing with someone who is full of so, so many stupid comments and ideas.

I don't support confiscation of guns, nor do I support banning of guns. I think that in an ideal world, good stable people should get guns, and unstable people shouldn't, and our policy should reflect that. That doesn't violate 2A and previous court cases reflect that.

Last week I agreed with Wylie 3 times in 1 day, and now I can't argue a single word of a tang post: Armageddon really must be close.

You still disagree with everything BL says though, so all is still well in the world.

Everybody can go back to where they came from and then someone can fire a starter's pistol...it'll be like the land rush all over again.

Not "by logic" they are guilty. They aren't guilty yet.

Can you imagine a scenario where a police officer witnesses person A shoot person B and it turns out it isn't murder?
It is attempted murder 100%. Murder only the victim dies.

I know you lack logic but try it.
So you're really arguing that there is no situation where one person shoots and kills another and it isn't murder?
You mean accidentally? Of course that happens. Are you arguing that people can cross the border into the US by accident? LOL

Are you drunk?
It just happened to a jogger in Canada. She spent 2 weeks in detention.
