I agree it is possible but it is not probable.

The majority of folks on university campuses are "biased" towards the search for truth and knowledge.............. the FACT that some folks get all marshmellowy and scared at what that search reveals says more about the doofuss that's ignoring unpleasant data than it does about the researchers.

It's MUCH easier to just run from difficult data, blame and claim bias, bury the head in the sand and say "it ain't so" than it is to hike up the cajones, face difficult realities and start WORKING to solve/affect the problem(s).

But I'm not the one who found the racism. That was the United States Sentencing Commission in November of 2017.
