The FBI has obtained secret wiretaps collected by Spanish police of conversations involving Alexander Torshin, a deputy governor of Russia’s Central Bank who has forged close ties with U.S. lawmakers and the National Rifle Association, that led to a meeting with Donald Trump Jr. during the gun lobby’s annual convention in Louisville, Ky., in May 2016, a top Spanish prosecutor said Friday.

José Grinda, who has spearheaded investigations into Spanish organized crime, said that bureau officials in recent months requested and were provided transcripts of wiretapped conversations between Torshin and Alexander Romanov, a convicted Russian money launderer. On the wiretaps, Romanov refers to Torshin as “El Padrino,” the godfather.

“Just a few months ago, the wiretaps of these telephone conversations were given to the FBI,” Grinda said in response to a question from Yahoo News during a talk he gave at the Hudson Institute, a conservative think tank in Washington. Asked if he was concerned about Torshin’s meetings with Donald Trump Jr. and other American political figures, Grinda replied: “Mr. Trump’s son should be concerned.”

BENGHAZI!!! OMG!!! BENGHAZI!!!! RUSSIA!!!

Fake news. 1) only one source is reporting this 2) if they were that damaging to Jr he'd have been indicted by now. The FBI 'reportedly' had these tapes months ago. 3) Other countries just don't hand over wiretaps that admit they have been spying on us citizens.
its always "fake news" if it is anything negative about Trump or his family and friends.

Tax cuts don't help raise revenues?

Democratic governors have lambasted the GOP tax reform as “evil in the extreme,” to quote the moral stylings of California Governor Jerry Brown. But that isn’t stopping them from cashing in on the tax law.

Many liberal states have reported unexpected revenue surges. Tax revenues in California this year are $3.8 billion higher than the governor’s forecasts. New York’s Comptroller reported last month that tax collections have surpassed the state’s February forecast by $315 million. Even Connecticut raked in $1.3 billion more than its pie-in-the-sky projections.

It's fake news when it's fake news.

It's fake news because the media is SOOOO biased against Trump they are making **** up.

Remember how Jared Kushner was doomed and going to jail? He just got approval for security clearance again which means in real news all is good for him.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump accused The New York Times on Saturday of inventing a source for a story who, in fact, was a White House official conducting a briefing for reporters under the condition that the official not be named.

Trump tweeted that the Times quoted an official "who doesn't exist" and referenced a line in the story about a possible summit with North Korea, which read: "a senior White House official told reporters that even if the meeting were reinstated, holding it on June 12 would be impossible, given the lack of time and the amount of planning needed."

Said Trump: "WRONG AGAIN! Use real people, not phony sources."

The Times reported in a story about the tweet that it had cited "a senior White House official speaking to a large group of reporters in the White House briefing room."

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

America First tax cuts didn't save Harley-Davidson's Kansas City plant SPRINGETTSBURY TOWNSHIP, Pa. —

Harley-Davidson workers across the USA are reeling after a new report revealed a plant closure and layoffs were planned as the company expected to reap huge financial benefits from the federal corporate tax cut. The Milwaukee-based motorcycle manufacturer benefited from the tax cuts enacted Jan. 1, announced cuts of 350 jobs across the company in late January and on Feb. 5 approved a half-cent dividend increase and buyback of up to 15 million shares. “We did everything Harley-Davidson asked us to do,” welder Tim Primeaux said in an NBC News interview that aired Wednesday. “
