My bad. I meant a professional with a college degree because that is the world I know. I cannot speak for the blue collar roles as I am not in them. But in terms of college grads I think the numbers are fairly aligned. I do sound like an idiot now, I fully admit that but my initial line of thinking was not to include laborers because the min wage aspect skews the data.

Hill = THE CHEETAH! He made big progress last year, Smith was just too inconsistent on the long throws. Mahomes has a much better and more electrifying arm.

This is probably the best-case scenario. Very realistic. Chargers aint beating us. The haven't for maybe 5 years. Phillis (Cry me a) Rivers is awful vs the Chiefs. He's a choke artist.

Maybe they lose on the road to the Raiders, home VS SD, home VS BAL, or somewhere else but 10-6 or 9-7 is the floor for this team.

Denver beating them? Losing @ Seattle? Give me a break. Seattle is awful, and by week 16 their entire team will be injured. Denver is going 5-11.

Other factors include everything you guys have said. Luck, working hard, being naturally intelligent and everything else but race.

I am focusing on fixing the racial divide because it is the only thing we can control. The goal in my mind is to try to make sure that the most talented and hardest workers succeed. Race should never be a factor. Unfortunately, in some cases, it is. And that's a problem.

Give me an example of where luck played a role in success. I'm not talking about the lottery. I'm talking about in the business world.
