Except intent matters. If the money was used to pay off Daniels in order to avoid damaging the campaign, it has to be disclosed. Even if it’s paid through a retainer arraignment.

Intent is fairly easy to prove. Guiliani just said the other day, “what if news about this affair had come out right before the election?”

Hmmmm.....what was Hillarys INTENT when she had an illegal server while Secretary of State? What was her INTENT when she erased over 30,000 emails? What was the INTENT when the very ignorant Podesta allowed the DNC computers to be hacked? What was the INTENT of the DNC to prevent the FBI from looking at their server? What was the INTENT of the DNC to have a bought and paid for PRIVATE firm look into it and pretend like nothing ever happened? What is the intent of the FAKE NEWS MEDIA constantly attacking Trump and ignoring all and everything else that actually matters to the American people and their business and their children?

I only reference these things because of the priority you seem put on INTENT and how important it seems to you.

I WAS WATCHING the ROUND TABLE ON TAX REFORM today. THE PRESIDENT was on the Dias along with American business people.

IT WAS CARRIED by all 3 cable news networks. I was watching FOX. Probably about 3/4 of the broadcast. THEN I WONDERED...what are the other networks doing? SO I looked. THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE between the broadcasts and it brought me right back to your argument on INTENT. And in this case, INTENT is indeed VERY easy to prove.

FOX was fair and balanced. FAKE NEWS CNN and sissy PMSNBC **** all over America with obvious INTENT.

FOX simply broadcast the event. NO INTERFERENCE or bad intent.

BOTH the very FAKE CNN and unwatchable PMSNBC had split screens. ON THE LEFT they had their commentators. ON THE RIGHT was a actual showing of the event. IT WAS MUTED! NO FREE SPEECH! Pictures with no words. Words and descriptions only allowed to be provided by the left. The commentators discussed bits and pieces of the speeches and comments made by our citizens as interpreted by them but unheard by you. The crawl at the bottom of the screen gave the pre determined opinion of the network while the biased clones moved their lips without effort on predetermined speeches effortlessly delivered from the rote memory of the ill and undereducated sheep reinforcing their relativity in the herd. SO SAD.

FOX simply allowed the REAL people to speak. FAKE NEWS will never allow that.

SO I am in agreement with you about how easy it is sometimes to prove INTENT.
