The funny thing about this is that good polls are, for the most part, accurate. The 2016 election polls were spot on. They had Clinton ahead by 2 or 3 points, on average. I think she ended up 3 points ahead when all the votes were counted.

But the Rasmussen poll has always been inaccurate.

Trump Approval Hit Record Low in March

the results in the 3 key swing states in which a swing of a mere 77,000 votes won the electoral college for Trump:
* Michigan: Now minus-13 in approval overall.
* Wisconsin: Now minus-12 in approval.
* Pennsylvania: Now minus-8 in approval
These were the states that were strongly targeted by the Russian Facebook attacks on Clinton in the fall of 2016.
Remember that 20-25% of Trump voters said they did not think him qualified for the job, but thought Hillary was worse.
These people are now having second thoughts.
