Under BHO the country became really divided IMO. He tripled the debt. ISIS rose under him. ACA was a disaster. Still is. US was a joke to countries like Iran who captured our sailors and ridiculed them. Benghazi. Destabilized Syria. Putin took Crimea without any consequences. Awful relations with Israel, our only ally in the Middle East.

Good things:

1. He doesn't seem like a bad guy. I'd have a beer with him.
2. He was a very good public speaker.
3. They got rid of Bin Laddin on his watch.
4. Michelle improved school lunches.
5. He beat HRC.

In my opinion, the country has become more divided under Trump than it ever did under Obama. Or maybe that is the wrong way to phrase it. I think most of the hate and divisiveness was always there. trump has just made it more acceptable to give voice to that hate, racism and divisiveness than it was before.

You hit the nail on the head. The divisiveness happened under BHO. See BLM...but under DJT other started speaking out but if you speak out you are immediately labeled a "racist" so the country is divided but it began under BHO. I agree that DJT has not helped but he did not start it. The roots were already there along with feelings of anger. It scares me too. Only because I have young kids growing up in this environment and they are now nervous to use pronouns such as "she" and "he". Insanity.

I would not say 1/2 the country but for many its possible. Its also possible that people like tangplay the idiot, who says he is a Christian Jew or whatever the label of the day is to fit his dumb narrative, keep crying racism. We have an African American President in office. An African American Attorney General. But the country is what it is and cries of racism from the likes of idiot tangplay persist. Its possible that even those that voted for BHO, hoping that it would improve race relations and then see that it actually went the other way became discouraged and their voices were drowned out by the many that the Taint points out as angry that an African American was voted as President for two terms.
