so, what proof do you have for Franken, other than one picture (or at least I've only seen one) in which you can't really tell if he is even touching her? The women in that photo had no choice. She was unable to consent to the photo and Franken took advantage of that. Shameful!!
Yes, it was shameful and stupid. I'm not defending it, but both Moore and Trump are accused of a much worse. As far as I can tell Franken wasn't touching her. She would never even know about it if not for the picture. That's kind of like your defense of Moore that it allegedly happened before you were born, so it doesn't matter.
It was more than shameful and stupid. What Franken did in that photo is sexual harassment as defined by the law ("unwanted conduct of a sexual nature which has the purpose or effect of violating someone’s dignity". The photo proves that Franken sexually harassed Tweeden. End of story. Period.
Both Moore and Trump are he said / she said scenarios. Nothing is proven at this point in time. Show me PROOF and I will sing a different tune, but not before that.
I never said Franken wasn't guilty of sexual assault. Matter of fact, I believe I even posted somewhere here that he should resign. If Moore and Trump are guilty ( and admittedly, only they (and the women they allegedly assaulted) know that for sure right now) they should resign as well.
Although Trump did admit to it. I know, "locker room talk". I call bullshit.
