so, two people in the car say that trump said that. trump claims he has proof that he didn't say it. Where is this proof? If he didn't say it and can prove it why doesn't he? He shows proof. If Trump had to prove everything the media claims he wouldn't have time to do anything. Let's say Trump played that game and showed he never said anything of the sort, disapproving the media and this whackjob representative.... How is it not playing by saying he has proof he did not say that? Not playing would be totally ignoring the statement by the representative. As I said as early as first grade teach them this:

• Graduate HS
• Get a job
• Don't become a single parent.

Say it 100x a year every year. Once you become a single parent at 16, you drop out of school, don't get a job and live via the State. Check out the profits of the biggest firms before and after ACA. Those monies didn't go to the people they went to the insurance companies who are some of the biggest lobbyings for the Dems.

My point was that EDUCATION FOR LOW INCOME STUDENTS SUCKS. I have a couple disagreements.
#1. I (also) was NOT a fan of "W" ' s Presidential actions (mostly), BUT I take big offense to him being referred to as an idiot. I truly believe (NOW!--I didn't for a long while) that "W" is a good man, with a big heart. He was in over his head as POTUS (mainly) because he surrounded himself with operatives held over from previous (esp. daddy W's) admins who "managed" him way too effectively keeping him (largely) blind to many of the implications/results of any policies he actually had a hand in creating. While he was not of the same intellectual capacity as (say) Carter, or Obama, He had enough good sense to have been a better POTUS had he made some better choices right up front-------- beginning with Cheney! That doomed him, right there because then Cheney had far too much influence over the REST of the choices made!
Bush can't be blamed for 9/11. That could have occurred to any POTUS. The recession was caused by a variety of factors (as I suspect you actually know), but had it's origins in the unsound lending practices BEGUN under the Clinton admin. Then along came a relaxing of lending oversight under the Repugnants (Bush) and you get the near melt-down that OBAMA (with help from Bush at the start) guided our economy out of!

#2. I sure wish I had the belief in the "Donald" as a "good" businessman that you do. I look at his public record (failures, near failures, bankruptcies, numerous lawsuits over business disagreements,etc) and combine that with his un-willingness to even release ANY of his personal tax returns (which would show {If nothing else} how much annual income he reported THAT year) or even deliver ANY proof that he is even who he claims to be-------- a RICH so-called "businessman". FWIW. I owned and operated a small retail business for well over a decade, Boris, Does that make ME a businessman?

My lifetime is longer. I've seen more POTUS come and go, and as a student of (and fan of) history I've read and digested much regarding differing admins. going clear back to Lincoln and a tad (hit and miss) further.

I also said that if the protesters are not intending to be disrespectful, that is more important than how YOU perceive their protests.

At what point does it stop being opinion? When 10% think it, 20%, 331 /3? Maybe when 50% think it? What if 75% of people have the opinion that something is disrespectful? Doesn't that make it disrespectful?

I can list (probably) a dozen POTUS that History reveals as far worse than either Carter or Obama.
Without resorting to the current fruitcake, or to "W", or his Daddy, or even Nixon------- all Republicans and all quite ineffective (or WORSE) as POTUS.

Speculating only here Boris, but as time goes by I'd bet your opinion changes.
The more recent guys will not look so bad when (likely) compared to what's to come and some of the older guys time will reveal that SOME of the decisions they made were actually quite wise. Happens throughout history.
Heck, somebody probably thought Van Buren was a good POTUS at some point.......... and WHO in heck ever thought US Grant would be a good POTUS? As to Carter........... he just wasn't ruthless enough for DC. Or the Iranians......... they played him........ right out of office.

Nope. It's what their INTENT is that matters. If they intend disrespect, it is.

Look at it this way. 98% (+ or -) of all folks on earth back in the 1400's shared the OPINION that the earth was flat. It still didn't make the earth flat. 99% of the readers here (based on an unscientific analysis of an unscientific poll) share the opinion that you're certifiably insane. Doesn't necessarily make it so, that takes a Doctor willing to undertake the examination. Personally, I'd rather be the proctologist at a female prison.
